An updated build (5.541.2189) of Winamp 5 was released 2 days ago with some minor updates and fixes. Winamp is a versatile media player which supports audio and video playback of many different file formats. Winamp also features a media library and a visualization studio. In my opinion what makes this app stand above the rest is it's skinnable interface and the wide range of plugins available. Almost every member of the original Winamp development team have left Nullsoft by now and not a lot of progress has been made after their departure. Anyway it's still a decent media player and is well worth the install.
